A Crossroads office on personal details
Your phone number, your street, and who sees them when you reserve
CE Travel Services LLC is a booking office at 1627 Main St, Suite 300, in Kansas City, Missouri, and it wrote this page to show what happens to the details you send it. Each part below takes one question: what the form asks, who reads it, how long it stays, and how to get it back or erased. A request only asks the office for a written fare: nothing is held in your name until you say yes and a car company confirms the ride to you in writing.
Call +1 (816) 842-4783 Monday to Thursday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. or Friday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., Central time.

Why the form wants each answer
The request form asks only for what a car company needs to write you a fare and then run the ride. It never asks for a card number, a birth date, an ID number or anything about your health. Three lines go with it that you do not see: the page you sent it from, the time you ticked the phone box, if you did, and the wording of that box. Each visible part does one job:
- Place and direction: where the car starts or stops, and which way it goes.
- Day and flight time: so the pickup is set to fit the flight.
- Car and number of people: a sedan takes up to 3 people, an SUV up to 6.
- Street address: the door the car comes to, or the one it brings you home to.
- Name, phone and email: whom the fare is for, a number for the day itself, and where the written fare goes.
- Flight number, if you give one: the company can follow the flight and plan the pickup around the landing.
- Ramp or lift box and the note: what the car needs, such as a ramp, a child seat or room for a service animal.
Who reads it: the office, then one company
A request reaches the office as an email. To get fares, the office tells local car companies only the pickup place, the day, the pickup time, the direction and the car size, never your name, phone, email or street address. When you say yes, the office passes your full request to the one company taking the ride, to reserve it in your name; that company confirms the pickup with you in writing, drives you and hands you the receipt. That company uses your details for that ride alone. Besides the office and that company, a request passes only through the services that host this site and carry its form email, and only so they can deliver it, or to an authority where the law requires it. The office does not sell your details and does not pass them to anyone for their own marketing.
Erased 24 months after the ride
Requests are deleted 24 months after the ride, counted from the day of the ride written on the request. Until then the office keeps them on file so that a question about a past pickup, a mix-up over a time or a request for a copy can still be answered from the record rather than from memory. When the 24 months run out, the office erases the request. One record follows a different clock: a request not to be called, which has its own part below. Requests are kept in accounts that only the office can open, and they move between your browser and this site over HTTPS; no way of storing or sending data is free of all risk.
Phone calls and texts need your tick
Next to the phone field sits a box that starts empty and stays that way unless you tick it. With the tick, the office and the car company that takes your ride may phone or text that number, and only about that request. Replying STOP to any text ends the texts. The form sends along the moment you ticked and the exact words you agreed to, so both sides can see what the yes covered.
Leave the box empty and every reply about your request comes by email. Your number still goes to the company that takes the ride, so its driver can reach you on the day of the pickup. Whoever does call, from the office or from the company, gives you their own name, the office or company name and a number you can call back.
Asking not to be called again
This is the office's written do-not-call policy. Once you ask not to be called, the office honors that request within 10 business days. Your request is never passed to anyone else, and it is kept for 5 years, longer than any ride request, so that it goes on working after the rest of your file is gone. You can ask in any of these ways:
- Say so to whoever calls you.
- Phone the office at +1 (816) 842-4783.
- Write to privacyrequests@cetravelservices.com.
What may be kept on your device
When you choose a pickup place on the form, a small card may offer to hold that place on this device, so the form opens with it next time. Only a yes writes anything: the place name goes into your browser's local storage and nowhere else. A no writes nothing. If your browser sends a privacy signal such as Do Not Track, the card never appears and the site reads the signal as a no. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes the place.
That place name is all the site itself keeps on your device; it sets no cookies of its own. Like any website, its hosting provider records technical details of each visit, such as the IP address, browser and time, to deliver pages and stop abuse. The site may use measurement tags from the advertising services it advertises with, to learn whether an ad led to a request; where it does, those services may set their own cookies and their own privacy statements apply. If that changes what this page says, the page is updated before the change goes live.
Getting a copy of what you sent
To see everything the office holds about you, or to have it erased, write to privacyrequests@cetravelservices.com and give the email address or phone number you used on the request. The office sends the copy only to the email address on that request, so nobody else can ask for your details in your place. Erasing removes your requests from the office's records. A request not to be called is the one line kept after that, for the 5 years set out above, so the office can go on honoring it.
If you would rather ask by phone or by letter, the contact page lists the number and the full street address, 1627 Main St, Suite 300, Kansas City, MO 64108. A request made either way gets the same answer, and the copy still goes only to the email address on the request.
Requests come from adults
The form is meant for adults arranging a ride. Children riding along appear only in the count of people, and the form asks no name or age for any of them; if a child seat is wanted, a line in the note covers it. The office does not knowingly accept a request sent by a child. A parent or guardian who finds that one was sent can write to privacyrequests@cetravelservices.com, and the office erases it.
